The research guided me towards the language my target audience use and relate to. I was able to create a voice for my brand and a set of guidelines for other writers to embody FlexFlow's (fictional) voice.
If I decide to bring this fictional product to life, I know what features I "must have" from the get-go to draw my users in. Through conversation mining and user interviews, I also know what features will endear them to stay.
Miro was a great tool to help place these features.
This was a short 8 week project, and this time constraint allowed me to focus on the research and design of one primary user journey: User Onboarding (free trial signup).
Next, it was time to create a rough mockup of my screens. This was a mix of hand sketches and simple designs in Figma.
