Location: Crezco is based in the UK and their current users are English, Welsh, Scottish and Irish. Our interviewees were a mix of European and North American users which provided us with some interesting insights.
Target Audience: We interviewed small business owners (who use products like Crezco) and everyday users to tell us how they felt about the fintech terminology we gathered from our research.
