Crezco
Method: 13 users participated in 3 moderated tests: 11 every day users and 2 financial experts.
Goal: Identify objects, headlines and subheadings that users use to describe their actions in the Crezco app (including their understanding of financial jargon).
The participants sorted the objects by dragging their choice to the matching definition.
Users could only match one object to each definition. They chose what felt most familiar to them.
Tools Used: FigJam
Users compared two versions of a screen—with each screen using a different term to describe the same feature—and identified their preference. They completed five version tests in total.
Users are instructed to choose one word over another for various use cases by giving the preferred term a thumbs up.
Tools Used: Figma
Insight example: UK and EU users favoured "payments" while financial experts and North American users favoured "bills".
On Google Forms, users were asked to review a screenshot of a page within Crezco’s app, and were given three headings or subheadings to choose from for each page
Users were asked “Which page description most clearly explains the purpose of this page and the actions you can take while on it?” and “Which headline best describes this page?”
Tools Used: Google Forms and Figma
Insight example: Users were often divided, and some responses didn't confirm a final result. Further testing with more users is needed to determine the clearest and most effective wording.
