Crezco
After extensive research and testing, we provided Crezco with several deliverables to improve consistency and accessibility across the product. Some results were inconsistent and we'll need to do further testing, but you can see two examples of our deliverables below:
What We Learned:
Showing "what" users said and "what" the results showed is all good and well, but without that contextual background, it left our stakeholders with more questions.
Give the stakeholders more insight to what users said and why during the presentation.
Expand on their remarks and quotes.
Testing results:
We should have focused more on context: more weight should have been given to financial expert responses. They're experts for a reason, afterall.
Object Oriented UX:
This concept needed more focus.
We understood that this project was based on the OOUX model very late in the process.
If we had understood this in advance and tailored our research and testing more specifically, our project would have more conclusive deliverables.
User Interviews:
Towards the end of the project we noticed we made an error with our user interview questions.
The questions were too specific. If we could go back in time, we'd begin with broad and open-ended questions and then funnel down to the specifics.
Competitor Analysis:
Our analysis focused solely on some competitor's websites. Ideally, this analysis would have reflected each of our competitors customer-facing dashboards.
We had no budget for this project and we couldn't sign up as customers to certain products. Reviewing customer dashboards would have enhanced our research.
Location and banking security were also a factor that restricted full access to competitor products.
